Does our committee need help planning the reunion?

There are two things needed to plan a reunion: time and money. With plenty of both and attention to detail, your committee will be able to plan a successful reunion without help. Most people do not have the money to put at risk, or the time to spend, on planning a reunion. Remember Me Reunions has the experience and knowledge to plan a successful and memorable reunion for your class. Remember Me Reunions does all the hard work and assumes all the financial liability, including up front costs.

What does the reunion cost?

With Remember Me Reunions financing the reunion, there are no upfront costs to your committee.  Remember Me Reunions accounts for the costs associated with the planning of the reunion and the money needed to stay in business in the ticket price. The ticket prices are affected by the location of your main event, the size of your class, and the extra events your committee wants to schedule.

What services does Remember Me Reunions offer?

Remember Me Reunions is a full-service reunion planning company. We conduct a nationwide search for all your classmates, with verification of the results. Remember Me Reunions produces mailings, handles the reservations for the actual event(s), and books the facilities, entertainment, and decorations. Remember Me Reunions handles all the details for your committee. Your committee will be able to concentrate on the fun stuff associated with the reunion.

How much input does the committee have?

The bottom line is that your committee is planning your reunion. Remember Me Reunions takes the role of a consultant offering advice gained from experience in reunion planning. Ultimately, your committee will make the decision as to the date and location of your reunion events. Our hope is that your committee will be able to make informed decisions with our advice. TO THE TOP

May I pay for my tickets online?

You may pay online with VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or Diners Club. Remember Me Reunions uses a secured server for your protection.

When is the deadline to pay for my reunion?

You may pay online, by telephone or facsimile up to seven (7) business days prior to the first date of your reunion, with Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or Diners Club.

If you prefer to pay by mail with a check or money order, please make sure your registration is postmarked at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the date of your reunion. Should your check be returned for NSF, your account will be debited electronically for the check's face amount plus a returned check processing fee.

You may pay at the door the night of the event with cash or money order ONLY.. There will be a limited number of reservations accepted at the door and a late fee will be added.  No Checks or credit cards will be accepted at the door. 

What is Remember Me Reunions' refund policy?

A $15.00 processing fee per person will be assessed for all ticket cancellations.

Full refunds (less the processing fee) will be granted for all cancellations made not later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the reunion, and will be processed within ten to fourteen (10-14) business days following the reunion.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the reunion, or for not attending the reunion. The processing fee does not entitle you to an alumni directory.

No refunds will be granted for photo orders, extra t-shirt orders, extra alumni directories, or alumni directory advertising.

To request a refund, please e-mail to scott@remembermereunions.com requesting refund. Please include the classmates’ name, school and class year in the request. If payment was made with a credit card, please provide the FIRST 4 and the LAST 4 digits of the credit card used to make your purchase.

How do I submit artwork for advertising in the alumni directory?

If you paid for an advertisement in the alumni directory, please either send an e-Mail with your artwork attached (.jpeg files generate the best results) to scott@remembermereunions.com, or mail your artwork to Remember Me Reunions, PO Box 1542, Lee's Summit, MO 64063. Please be sure to reference your school and class year with all correspondence.
